This plant based drinkable dessert showcases the complex flavors achieved in their caramel making, by using slow, old school techniques. Dry burned caramel relies on trained artisans’ judgment and intuition, and allows nuanced flavors to develop in ways that the more common wet caramel method will never matchin part due to the link between the copper pot and their artisan saucier.

Not too salty, but just enough to balance the sweetness to enhance the deep, smoky notes of the dry-burn.
