This is a rare and additive-free sweet soy sauce.

This sweet soy sauce, which was produced after 5 years of research and trial production, is prepared with whole soybeans and wheat from Fukuoka prefecture!

Rice jiuqu made from rice is added to the aged moromi and by further aging it, a natural sweetness is formed.
Normal sweet soy sauce remains salty even after aging it for 2-3 years and is often sweetened with seasoning such as mirin.

This sweet soy sauce is sweetened without adding any sweeteners or seasonings!

It can be best enjoyed with tofu, egg dishes, sashimi, natto, or sushi!
