Scorpion Monkey Barrel Aged Sauce

Description

This limited edition sauce spent over a year in an oak barrel which had previously been used to age Whiskey and Stout Beer. The barrel imparted complex smoky notes to compliment the mango, mustard, and fiery Scorpion Peppers.

Heat Level: Extra Hot

Ingredients: Mangos, Vinegar, Mustard, Brown Sugar, Spices, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Peppers, Salt.
