Salsa Kit Ingredients: 3 Roma tomatoes, 1 shallot, 2 garlic cloves, 1 lime, 1 jalapeo pepper.

Directions: Peel and mince the shallot and garlic cloves, combine with diced tomato and jalapeo pepper. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl with the juice of the lime and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate after use.

Melissas Salsa kits contain hand-selected produce of excellent quality. Check tomatoes for firmness; they are ripe when soft to the touch. To keep the un-prepared kit fresh, refrigerate for up to 7 days or keep it at room temperature for up to 3 days.
