Rue de Rve apritifs are made with California wine, grape spirits (brandy), fruit and botanicals. The brandy infusion adds a beautiful bit of refinement and complexity, while the fruit and botanicals excite the palate. With a nod to our name and the base plant of ancient aromatized wine, all of our apritifs includeartemisia douglasiana, otherwise known as the The Dream Plant.

Carbonic Zinfandel wine from Mendocino County, produced in the Beaujolais style. Perfectly bitter, with notes of citrus and spice. A standout in a spritz!
