Description

A seriously hot but seriously flavorful sauce made with Smoked Fresnos, Habanero, Morita, Chipotle, and 7 Pot peppers. Complimenting these peppers, smoked onions, maple, black garlic, and dates provide a complex base. And to kick it up an additional notch, some high quality pepper extract is added. Usually we avoid sauces that contain pepper extract, as they tend to have a bitter, off-putting flavor. But this sauce is an exception, using it to boost the heat without losing the balance of flavors.

Ingredients: Smoked Fresno Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Water, White Vinegar, Roasted Red Habanero Peppers, Smoked Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Sugars (maple syrup, fancy molasses), Scorpion Peppers, Dates, Maple Infused Chipotle Powder, Capsaicin Extract, Salt, Morita Peppers, Black Garlic, Black Habanero Peppers, Pasilla Peppers, Smoked Garlic, Chipotle, Dried 7 Pot Pepper, Paprika, Xanthan Gum.
