These Peewee Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes are petite round potatoes with distinct yellowish-white skin. These petite baby potatoes can be cooked in almost any way imaginable. They have a light, subtle flavor and a creamy texture.

Potatoes, if unpeeled, are a good source ofpotassium and vitamin C. They are naturally low in fat and sodium.Peewee Dutch Yellow Potatoes from Melissas are hand-selected for excellent quality. Look for firm, well shaped and fairly smooth potatoes. Avoid potatoes that have wrinkles or any bitter green discolorations. Also avoid potatoes that show signs of sprouting, wilting, or decay.

All potatoes are best stored at room temperature between 45F and 50F, or in a ventilated cool, dark area. Melissas does not recommend refrigerating potatoes as the colder temperature converts the starches to sugar. Wash and pat dry potatoes prior to preparation. Because of their naturally thin skin, Melissas Pee Wee Potatoes do not require peeling.
