Ingredients for about 40 pieces

Organic Matcha Brown Rice Tea 15g

Butter (no salt) 80g – bring to room temperature

Powdered Sugar 40g

Wheat Flour 120g

Egg Yolk 1 piece

How to make

1. Sift the wheat flour.
2. Mix the powdered sugar and egg yolk into the creamed butter, Add the sifted wheat flour from step 1 while sifting it again.
3. Add Organic Matcha Brown Rice Tea and bring it together.
4. Divide the dough into two, shape it into a rod of about 0.6 inches in diameter, Wrap it in cling film, and chill and harden in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Unwrap it, cut it into 0.4 inch widths and arrange on a baking tray.
6. Bake in an oven at 338F for about 15 minutes, and sprinkle a little salt and tea leaves after cooling slightly.
