Join us for a 2.5 to 3 hour hands-on “Dishes around the Mediterranean” cooking class. Learning from one of our talented chefs then as a class savor a delicious dinner paired with exquisite wines and immerse yourself in the perfect harmony of some of the chef’s favorite Mediterranean flavors. Take home a recipe booklet with step-by-step instructions and cooking tips so you can recreate the magic of this cuisine in your own home.

Starter: Egyptian Chickpea Salad

Main: Jordanian Beef Koftawith Mujadara

Sides: Rice Pilaf

Dessert: Sicilian Canoli
