Lemon Peel

Description

This dried peel is three times stronger than fresh. It is great in desserts and salad dressings. Soak it in a small amount of water for 15 minutes to release the full flavor before adding it to dry ingredients. Important: Store in an air-tight glass jar to preserve the fragrant oil.
