You would never know these legumes came out of vacuum sealed packages by their delicious fresh taste and their beautiful coloring.

Since they are ready-to-eat right out of the box, they can be added to soup, salad, or pasta just before serving. If desired, they can be heated in the microwave after creating a few knife holes in the plastic pouch, or on the stovetop by placing the unpunctured pouch in boiling water.

There are no artificial flavors or colors added to any of the legumes in this assortment. Remember that beans are a great source of fiber and protein and are very versatile.
