A classic Caribbean spice mix with some added heat and smoke, handcrafted to perfection. Registering around a 4 in heat level, this adobo seasoning is great for homemade marinades or rubs. Sprinkle 1-2 tsp. adobo seasoning on skirt steak just before grilling, broiling, or searing. Make an authentic adobo marinade for pork, chicken, steak, or fish by combining 1 tablespoon of adobo spices with 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, and 1/4 cup olive oil.
