Palace Baklava with Pistachios (also known as Carrot Slice Baklava) is madefrom 30 layers of filo pastry, using more dough than other kinds of baklava. Inside it contains a generous amount of coarsely ground pistachios and higher amounts of butter with less sugar, offering amore distinct nutty flavor that’s not too sweet.
