Our white sesame seeds are washed raw sesame seeds.

We sell them raw because they tend to lose their flavor when heated.

Please roast them lightly in a frying pan before consumption.
(You can eat them as they are, but roasting them enhances their aroma and flavor and makes them tastier.)

Washed sesame seeds are harvested, sorted, washed and dried.

Sesame seeds are classified into black, white, and yellow (golden) sesame seeds according to their color.
