”Il Mostro’ (the monster) was conceived as a new experimental project from Poggio Anima. The names of the wines are derived from children’s bedtime warnings throughout Europe.

This gulpable Rose Pet-Nat is 100% Montepulciano. The color is a gorgeous deep watermelon. This is dry, bright, with a nice minerality. And a fresh pink grapefruit citrus note.
