We’re thrilled to have partnered with one of our all-time favorite makers, Maui-born Adoboloco, on our 9th anniversary bottling! This sauce balances the rich, savory flavor of tamari and shiitake mushrooms and the fruitiness of umeboshi plums with the frustysizzle of habanero and a hint of wasabi. The sea beans add a unique salinity. Not too hot, with just the right high-toned sweetness, this special sauce is meant for shredded pork andgrilled snapper, but would also add generous complexity to simple fare like rice dishes, sandos and tofu with veggies. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate 9 years of our HEATONISTBrooklyn store than by releasing this epic sauce.
