Commemorating six years since firstopening the doors to our Brooklyn tasting room, and made in partnership with the legendary Smokin Ed, HEATONIST No. 6 may be our most unique anniversary sauce yet. Tart stone fruit and berries combine with smoked shallot and garlic, balanced against sumac and bitter gentian root, while the warmth of cinnamon and cardamomround out the heat from Smokin Eds grassychile de arbol peppers. This sauces bittersweet flavors echo our feelings of gratitude at celebrating an anniversary after a turbulent year, looking ahead to brighter days.
