A limited supply of rice that has won numerous Grand Prix gold medals in Japan is now available.

Inochi-no Ichi is 1.5 times larger than regular Koshihikari grains and has a stronger aroma, sweetness, and stickiness, giving it an unprecedented taste. It is also hard to harden even when cold, so you can enjoy its taste in onigiri (rice balls) and lunch boxes. Inochi-no Ichi has larger grains, so the ears hang down larger than those of regular Koshihikari.
