Ghost Pepper Ponzu

Description

The word Ponzu means Vinegar Punch in Japanese. The combination of soy sauce, citrus, ginger, garlic and hot peppers makesthis a great sauce to add some punch and terrific flavor to sushi, dumplings, egg rolls, or stir fry. It also makes a great marinade for steak or chicken.

Ingredients:Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate; less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), Brown Sugar, Lime, Lemon, Garlic, Michiu (red wine, salt), Rice Vinegar, Ginger, DriedPeppers (ghost and thai), Xanthan Gum.
