Fennel Pollen

Description

There’s a reason why chefs often refer to fennel pollen as ‘culinary fairy dust.’ Its notes of anise, licorice, citrus, and honey make it both a flavor and flavor booster. Fennel pollen is delicious in Sicilian pasta dishes and sprinkled on pork chops. Use it as a finisher as you would use fleur de sel.
