European Basil

Description

European basil leaves are milder than our California basil, and has a slight anise flavor. Practically everything is better after seasoning with dried basil, including but not limited to: tomatoes, corn, olives, mozzarella cheese, poultry, seafood, pasta, sauces and pizza.
