There is something to be said for a classic vinegar based sauce. This one is perfectly balanced, just a touch thicker than usual, with a bright tang that compliments the sharp but quick fading heat of Tabasco and Cayenne peppers.

Ingredients: Distilled White Vinegar Diluted With Water To 5% (50 grains) Acidity, Tabasco Peppers, Cayenne Pepper Paste (red cayenne pepper, salt), White Wine Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Lemon Juice, Xanthan Gum.
