A well balanced Louisiana style sauce made with Orange Habanero and Cayenne peppers, along with distilled and white wine vinegar for plenty of tang.

Ingredients: Distilled White Vinegar Diluted With Water To 5% (50 grains) Acidity, Orange Habanero Peppers, Cayenne Pepper Paste (red cayenne pepper, salt), White Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum.
