Description

Cilantro has a complex but delicate flavor with a hint of pepper, mint, and lemon.When substituting dried cilantro for fresh, use 1/3 of the amount of cilantro specified. Use dried cilantro spices to season fish and chicken. Cilantro flakes are also a classic seasoning for salsas and ceviche recipes.
