A low heat, dark and complex Chile Morita sauce that reminds many of a Mexican mole. Dried red jalapenos, lightly smoked and infused in a tomatillo sauce base.

A chile morita is a lightly smoked dried red jalapeno, with subtle hints of berries and chocolate. Makes an excellent low heat sauce and marinade.
