Blistered Shishito & Garlic

Description

This sauce is creamy, mild, and full of garlic and flavor. Angry Goat took the beloved Shishito peppers and fire roasted them just like you would at home, then added olive oil, sea salt, and loads of garlic. Mild enough for everyone to enjoy liberally.
