Use black sesame seeds to season sushi rolls and other rice dishes. Black sesame can be used in both savory and sweet applications – use to encrust seafood and pork, or sprinkle on ice cream or fortune cookies. Usually best after being slightly toasted on the stove before being used in most recipes.
