Tart Granny Smith and local heirloom apples and a healthy pinch of local sea salt cut the sweetness of this deeply caramelized preserve.

Great with soft, creamy cheeses as well with hard, aged goudas and cheddars. A crowd pleaser, it can even hang with peanut butter for the kiddos. But its equally at home on a crusty baguette adult style or spooned over pound cake. Did we mention butter? The real kind. It loves butter. Try serving alongside pork chops or tossing half the jar in the pan for the last few minutes of cooking.

They farm and grow many fruits organically and use Fair Trade unrefined organic cane sugar. Outsourced fruits are sourced locally and from small farms.
