Melissas 8 Ball Squash is a unique and new hybrid of summer squash with tender, edible skin, similar to zucchini.

Round in shape with an attractive shiny, speckled dark exterior, 8 Ball Squash is the perfect vegetable for grilling, as their plump round size keeps them from falling through the grill. Tasting very similar to zucchini, they can be used as one would zucchini. Larger-sized squash can be stuffed or as a serving bowl. Scoop out seeds and fill with your favorite dip, salsa, or appetizer.

Melissas 8 Ball Squash is hand-selected for excellent quality. Select squash free of soft spots, gashes, or shriveling. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator up to four days. Wash prior to preparation and store any leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within four days.
