Wild fermented cider made from garden apples from Fyn 2019.
In the summer 2020 sour cherries (Stevnskirsebr) from Frederiksdal Cherrywine were hand crushed and added for a second fermentation on the skins.

Bottled in the autumn 2020. Disgorged by hand.

6,0 % ABV – 75 cl
