Carefully selected Makonbu (Japanese kelp) from Minamikayabe, Hakodate is roasted using the thickest part of the kelp to make the powder.

This fragrant powder made of 100% Makonbu contains no seasonings or food additives!

We recommend it as soup stock, seasoning for cooking, kelp water, or kelp tea.
If you are going to use it for kelp tea, please add salt to taste to your preference.
