This is a delicious and dish enhancing paste made with Japan produced Shiitake mushrooms and Kombu, and ginger and black garlic from Miyazaki Prefecture. It is additive-free and uncolored.

You can use it as a condiment for ginger pork and vegetables with its sweet taste enhanced by the flavor of ginger. Also great to put on our rice!
