This is an all purpose soup base with the aroma of a refined dashi and the richness and flavor of hon mirin.

Ingredients: bonito flakes, dried bonito flakes, Soda bonito flakes, Rishiri kelp, shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, powdered sugar, pure rice vinegar, salt

This soup base is made by adding mirin from Kokonoe Mirin, which has maintained its authentic taste since the Edo period. It is an all-purpose sauce with the clear aroma of dashi and the mellow aroma, richness and flavor of hon mirin.

It can be used in a wide range of dishes, such as dipping, dressing, and pickling.
