This seaweed has a luxurious taste and made with carefully selectred seaweed for Onizaki.

Thanks to its high quality, it has an impressive glossy shine and shade of black.

When seaweed is dried, the color is black or reddish purple compared to seaweed that is roasted, which has a strong green color. Dried seaweed is used for sushi rolls at sushi restaurants becuase it contains more moisture than normal grilled laver (about 3 to 5%)
