Starts as from Colorado wine that they distill into a high-proof brandy, which is then infused with Colorado grown elderflower and finished with local honey.

Fleur de Sureau has strong floral and earth notes with hints of raspberry. This lightly sweetened liqueur can be enjoyed neat or adds complexity to cocktails and champagne spritzes.
