Nuri Toplar is one of Turkey’s most famous and best-quality coffee producers. It is produced with fresh and premium coffee beans androasted over a wood fire to create its perfect natural flavors.

Ingredients: coffee, cream, salep, chocolate, carob, gum mastic, pistacia terebinthus

Directions:Use1 teaspoon of coffee per1 cup of water. Add the water into apot and set it to low heat. Add the coffee and your choice amount of sugarto the water and mix them slowly. Once the coffee comes to a bubble over time, serve the froth into your cup(s). Then boil the remaining coffee some more, and pour the remainder into your cup(s).
