Mama Lil’s Pickled Peppers in Oil are the perfect balance of rich, ripe pepper flavor and a kick of heat! Their “Original” peppers in oil are pickled Hungarian “Goathorn” wax peppers, packed in a savory herb and touch of garlic oil blend. Describing natural pepper heat is subjective but their “Mildly Spicy” tends to be about as hot as medium salsa.

Mama Lil’s peppers are a great addition to pizza, pasta, sandwiches, eggs, salads, almost everything! Try an easy appetizer: a good baguette with goat cheese (or cream cheese) and Mama Lil’s! Peppers also make a great garnish for steak, poultry or fish. And don’t throw out the oil – use it for dipping bread, or sauting and marinating vegetables and meat, or just drizzle it in soup!
