Crafted with Orcas island sourced tart heritage apples and heirloom crabapples, this preserve has great balance and color. Smooth, dense, with just the slightest hint of bitter, it’s a perfect companion to cheese.

Especially loved with soft, gooey cheeses. Not too sweet and perfect with charcuterie. Enjoy using for Jam Tarts or slathering on store bought shortbread.
