Le Fruit Dfendu (or Forbidden Fruit) is an explosion of seven delicious pepper varities, including Trinidad Seasoning Pepper and Chocolate Habanero, fermented with French shallots and a subtle infusion of oak shavings.

This sauce was featured on Hot Ones under the name Forbidden Fruit.
