Melissa’s Edamame are fully cooked, then packaged using a new system known as modified atmosphere packaging. This allows the product to be safely stored in refrigeration for up to 21 days with no excess moisture in the package, commonly associated with thawed out versions. A good source of fiber and iron. Not only healthy but also really tasty! This item can be frozen.
