Thanks to our Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (DYPs) andCleaned and Sliced Leeks, Potato Leek Soup comes together in 1 hour or less. DYPs are small round potatoes with thin golden yellow skin and creamy white fleshno peeling or chopping is required to make this soup. In addition, our Cleaned and SlicedLeeks cut prep time in half since they are ready to use straight from the package.
