Cantonese BBQ Pork Rub

Description

Inspired by the flavors of Cantonese char siu, this Chinese BBQ spice mix is good for so much more than authentic Cantonese BBQ pork. Use as a BBQ dry rub for chicken, tofu, and other proteins prior to grilling. Season stir-fries, or use to create a Cantonese barbecue sauce. It’s also great with spring rolls, vegetables, rice, lo mein, and other noodle dishes.
