Description

Vindaloo curry powder is a spicy seasoning for curry, or to add heat to your favorite cuts of meat such as lamb, pork, or seafood. Our vindaloo spices are not as hot as typical vindaloo seasoning powder, so that everyone can enjoy the exquisite vindaloo flavor. If you prefer your vindaloo to be very hot, add some extra cayenne to your mix. This blend is famously used to make Elevation’s Vindaloo-Style Ketchup.
