Freeze Dried Chives

Description

A great substitute for fresh chopped chives or green onions when you may not have any on hand. These chives produce a bit of a milder flavor than fresh, but are an easier replacement if you don’t have time to chop them or run to the grocery store. Chives are a great way to level up cream cheese, sour cream, or cottage cheese just by mixing them in. Use dried chives in softened butter to make a great bread spread, or season potatoes.
