Cayenne Chile Powder

Description

Our version of spicy cayenne pepper. Cayenne chiles are finely ground into a red powder great for adding a zesty, spicy kick to any recipe. Cayenne’s Scoville rating comes in at 40,000 units, or about a 4-5 out of 10 in overall heat level. We suggest working dash to dash; in other words, add a dash of cayenne and taste, and then repeat until you have the heat level you desire. Great added to chili or curry recipes.
