Unlike dry beans which require a few hours of soaking to replenish their moisture before using, these beans are immediately available to use. Melissas Chickpeas may be added to soups, salads, stews, and casseroles.

Ingredients: Chickpeas, Salt, and Essential Oils (Cloves, Laurel, Thyme, Pepper, and Garlic).

Contains: Traces of Wheat (Chickpeas).

Perishable – Keep Refrigerated. Use within 2 days of opening.

Heating/Serving Instructions:

Cold: Just open the package and use as desired.

Microwave: Pour the product into a microwaveable dish, cover and heat for 1.5 minutes at max power*. Cooking times may vary.
