Delicious when used in vegetable sauts, soups, entrees, and rice dishes, Melissas Dried Wild Lobster Mushrooms (available in 12/1/2 oz. & 12/1 oz. units), have a bright red-orange color and a firm, meaty texture.

Once rehydrated, Melissas Dried Wild Lobster Mushrooms can be served with beef, veal, shellfish, poultry or fish.

Melissas Dried Wild Lobster Mushrooms are hand selected for excellent quality. Store in a cool, dry place.

After rehydrating, trim tough stems.

Note:
1 ounce of Melissas reconstituted dried mushrooms equals 4 ounces of Melissas fresh mushrooms.

To reconstitute, blanch in boiling water for 2 5 minutes or soak 30 minutes in lukewarm water, wine or consomm. If desired, reserve liquid to add flavor to dishes.
