Grown in nutrient-rich soils where the days are warm and the nights are cool, Melissas Pee Wee Medley Potatoes are produced under great conditions to create an irresistibly sweet tasting and colorful potato.

These Pee Wee Medley Potatoes are made from seasonally available Dutch Yellow, Purple, and the Ruby Gold Potatoes so the combination may differ throughout the year. They are petite round potatoes that can be cooked in almost any way imaginable and with shorter cooking time because of their size. The potatoes tend to have a light, subtle flavor and a creamy texture.

All potatoes are best stored at room temperature between 45F and 50F, or in a ventilated cool, dark area. Melissas does not recommend refrigerating potatoes as the colder temperature converts the starches to sugar. Wash and pat dry potatoes prior to preparation. Because of their naturally thin skin, Melissas Pee Wee Potatoes do not require peeling.
