This convenient, earthy blend of dried porcini, chanterelle, shiitake and oyster mushrooms is available in 12/1/2 oz. and 12/1 oz. units, and will add wonderful, rich flavor and texture to sauces, main dishes and stir-fries.

Once rehydrated, Melissas Dried Mushroom Medley can be sauteed and served as a main course or included as an ingredient in fabulous appetizers.

Melissa’s Dried Mushroom Medley is hand selected for excellent quality. Store in a cool, dry place. After rehydrating, trim tough stems.
