Bravos Top Chef World-All Stars brings together all-star cheftestants from around the globe, so we created a hot sauce line based on hero ingredients chefs often cant live without. Our Garlic Hot Sauce puts the focus on one of the most-used alliums, featuring garlic in fresh and granulated forms, blended with a drizzle of oil for potent savory flavor. Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice add a touch of acid to balance things out. Try this sauce as a coating for roasted chicken or add to large-format dishes for extra umami.
